Leaders in the Industry FLCAJ July 2021 – Jordan Parsley, Service Manager

Jordan Parsley has been an Envera team member for 10 years. He started in installation and now leads the services department. Parsley says the past years “have been wonderful, learning from each person as I have grown within the company.”

His current responsibilities include maintenance, ensuring systems are online and operational, and working with all departments to communicate with other teams and continue to improve our services. 

Additionally, his favorite part of managing the service team is working with our customers to provide solutions to complex problems or concerns in order to satisfy their needs and maintain a positive partnership.
