MyEnvera App – General


Login and security #

In MyEnvera, you can easily manage your sign-in settings:

Go to the Account page

  • select Login and Security
  • select whether your username is remembered,
  • select whether or not you want to enable Face ID
  • Click save


MyEnvera account notifications #

In MyEnvera, you can receive notifications any time there is a change to your account.

To control these notifications:

  • go to the Account page
  • select Notifications

In the Account Changes section, choose whether you would like to receive updates by email, text message, or push notification.

For text and push notifications, scroll to the bottom to choose which devices will receive them.


Account sign out #

In MyEnvera, to sign out of your account:

  • go to the Account page
  • scroll to the bottom
  • and select Log Out


Help videos #

In Envera, you can watch MyEnvera help videos on our website.

Go to the Account page, select Support and then MyEnvera Videos.

The webpage will open in your mobile browser.

Envera published a frequently asked questions page on our website.

To access this information select account, support, and FAQ.

This opens your browser to the frequently asked questions page.


Community contacts #

If you want to contact your community manager, you can do this directly from the MyEnvera App:

  • click on account
  • tap on community contacts
  • If their name appears, click on it to initate a phone call to your community manager
    • If it doesn’t appear, they have not yet made this information available in the app

In Envera, you can view the MyEnvera Terms of Use on our website.

Go to the Account page, select Support, and then Legal.

The Terms of Use page will open in your browser.
