Editing members #
In MyEnvera, you can edit the details of any household member:
Go to the Account page
- select My Household
- choose the household member you want to edit
- From there, you can change their name or add phone numbers
- select if you want them to be able to add visitors
- Then, click save.
Adding members #
Your household member list is used to identify all permanent residents who live at your address.
To edit your household member list:
- Go to the Account page
- select My Household
- From there, you can add a new household member
- decide if you would like them to be able to add guests
- (phone numbers are optional)
Removing a member #
To remove a household member who is no longer a permanent resident at your address:
- go to the Account page
- select My Household
- choose the household member you’d like to remove
- confirm your selection
Member phone numbers #
Your primary and secondary phone numbers are used by Envera agents to verify visitors who are not already on your visitor list.
To update your phone numbers:
- go to the Account page
- select My Profile
- enter the appropriate phone numbers
