## Update username

From the Account page

- tap Login and Security
- tap inside the Username box
- make your update
- when complete, scroll to the bottom and tap Save

Keeping your account info current helps protect your security and your access.

## Change password

Need to change your password?

From the Account page, tap Login and Security.

Tap in the New Password field, and enter your new password twice.

Be sure to follow the password requirements.

When complete, scroll to the bottom and tap Save.

Protecting your account starts with a strong password.

## Pin update

Need to update your resident PIN?

From the Account page, tap Login and Security.

Tap in the PIN code box and use the keypad to make your update.

When complete, scroll to the bottom and tap Save.

## RFID request

RFID credentials for the resident lane are handed out by community management, to request them:

On the Support page in Account Settings, select RFID Credentials to see instructions on how to contact your community management for additional credentials.
